How can I place an order?

Simply select your jewel, choose the right size if applicable, and add it to your cart. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@loverasafe.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

All orders are prepared with care within 24–48h. For the UK: delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, complimentary standard delivery is included on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship mainly to the UK. For other destinations, please contact our team for

availability.

Returns

Can I return my jewel?

Yes, you can return any unworn jewel within 14 days of delivery. The jewel must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Care & Materials

What are Lovera jewels made of?

Our pieces are crafted from carefully selected materials such as 18k gold vermeil, 18k gold-plated stainless steel, and cubic zirconia. Each jewel is designed to be hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and tarnish-free.

How do I take care of my jewel?

To preserve your piece’s shine, store it in its pouch when not worn, avoid contact with perfumes or harsh chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth.
